Password change for access control account

I have a single account used for privilege elevation purposes shared across multiple endpoints, after a user check outs a password the audit log states that password reset has been disabled for this account. The account does not have any options enabled preventing the password from being changed. Additionally, I received a new reason which was the 'Trying via Agent Mode' log, However, I do not plan on having the agent installed on any endpoints other than the one I'm working on. I would like the password to be reset after a user checks out the password for security reasons before I push this service to production.
