Did anyone experience part of the request description or part of the request conversation being hidden?

Sometimes we need to click on the following symbol to see the complete description or conversation:

Unfortunately this symbol can be easily overlooked as it is appears at the very bottom of the description or conversation and not where the text has been hidden.

It does not seem to be browser related, because we have it with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome, even in private/incognito mode.

We are currently using SDP 9.2 build 9227.
