We have a process from HR that generates termination e-mail with a consistent end with "Term Date: 03/10/2023".  I would like to parse the date portion of the subject and set the due date on the ticket.

Based on the sources of the e-mail we can't use variables in the subject body but we have been able to create a rule to identify these e-mail and so other static fields entires using the business rules.
