Parenthesis in filters and search criteria needed
Filters and search criteria should have the ability to use parenthesis as this would allow for greater accuracy and flexibility.
I don't believe you can write a filter to accurately return the records for the below statement.
Statement: I want all requests that the Group is "xyz" and the Request Status is "Closed" or the Group is "xyz" and Request Status is "Resolved"
