Parent/Child tickets available?

Parent/Child tickets available?

I need to be able to have a ticket (Parent) - called ex: " Lotus Notes not responding".  Everyone that sends in a helpdesk ticket about this same issue, I'd like to link it to this main ticket.  Not only to find out how many people are having the same problem but also where I put the Resolution in the main ticket and not the Child tickets.

I thought Linking a ticket would do this - but it only hold 1 link.  It doesn't show the other links!  Is there a way around this?
