I'm not sure whether or not this is an issue with SDP but we are having some problems with the following.
Some of our technicians make use of what they call @-parameters to format mails and automate ticketing flow.
They use Outlook Quicksteps in order to automate this. With Quick Steps the following gets added to the ticket description field:
@@REQUESTER=@@
@@GROUP=<groupname>@@
@@TECHNICIAN=<technicianname>@@
@@REQUESTTYPE=Incident@@
@@TYPE OF USER=Internal@@
@@STATUS=Assigned@@
@@CATEGORY=Applications@@
@@SUBCATEGORY=<subcategory>@@
@@Resolution=<text>@@
Since the update to 11139 this functionality is completely broken. At first, the issue was that the entire description was concatenated together, disregarding inlines, numbering, ... The text got slammed right after another so the entire ticket became an unreadable mess.
However, this has been fixed for now. However, the functionality of the @@ fields still doesn't work. The tickets come into a central queue for ticket dispatching instead of going to the correct queue.
This has always worked in the past, even after previous SDP upgrades but since last week, it doesn't anymore.
Anyone else having this problem ?
