"Paper jam" warnings from printers don't clear
I get a "Trouble" alarm from printers whenever there is a paper jam - no real problem there.
The problem is that the alarm does not clear when someone fixes the paper jam, I always have to manually clear it.
Is there any way of forcing OpManager to recheck the status of the printer and if it's OK, clear the alarm?
