We are working on Packetlogic device and create custom monitor for them. 

But SNMP is working and interface is working, but when we create custom monitor it responds in mibbrowser from Admin page also in bin folder mib browser.

 

Main problem is when device answers to snmp, it gives generalvalUsage.0-->>1

so we add custom monitor with both .1.3.6.1.4.1.15397.2.1.104.6.1 and also .1.3.6.1.4.1.15397.2.1.104.6.0 but when test monitor we get no response.

When creaing custom monitor we select TABULAR OID and also tried with nothing but the problem is same

Is any of you facing this problem or help us with this.
