I have had a P1 issue open for close to 7 hours now with no reponse ?
We have just renewed our license, applied it and cannot get the application to start up now.
It is getting an internal server error - invalid license file error stating ...
ERROR CODE : 496

So I have two questions ....
1. What can I do to reapply the license when i can't get into the console to do so - see above
and 2. Why is it taking close to 7 hours to get any response on a p1 issue?
