Overriding Global Settings
We would like to see the ability to override the global settings...
Scenario #1 -- NOTIFICATIONS -- OpManager (or other NMS)
I have setup OpManager to log a ticket for specific events. I have to continually clean up OpManager's email box due to messages from SDPlus.
I would like to be able to create a business rule that says if the 'sender' is xxx then don't send notifications. Additionally, I would like the ability to setup a global rule that allows me to disable ALL other notification types based on 'recipient'
Scenario #2 -- SURVEYS -- Request templates
I have setup a number of request templates; inparticular, request templates for our HR dept. With the large number of new employees and separations, the HR dept. is overwhelmed with the number of surveys sent from SDPlus. We would like the ability to turn off surveys for a particular request template.
Scenario #3 -- EMAIL PRIORITY -- Notifications
I would like to see the ability to configure SDPlus to send notifications with a particular email priority. ALL email notifications from SDPlus have the normal priority flag set; however, some of my service requests have high priority, and I would like to associate a high priority email.
