Overdue Scheduled Tickets

If a scheduled ticket goes overdue, it doesn't get flagged as overdue, so doesn't appear in our overdue reports.

If we want to schedule a request we change the status to Scheduled and then change the due date to the date we are going to complete the request. If the request is not closed by that due date shouldn't the ticket show as overdue??
