Outside of Lan Connections
We have a few computers that sit outside of our network.
We are looking to monitor these computers as well. Can this be done with desktop central? Are there modifications that be done to make the external clients look for an IP address to connect to and if so what port routing would need to be carried out so that all the features would work. We have access to the firewalls at both ends.
We have been testing Desktop central and it works great for our internal usage, and we would really like to extend this to our remote systems as well.
