Hi ServiceDesk Plus Forum,
We are looking to replace out current Spiceworks install with ServiceDesk Plus for Enterprise. While we build the server and get ready to install I have a quick question about the
Change Approval Board function...
We are a Casino/Resort and have many departments. When an end user has a security related request (like new accounts or permission changes) we have a process called "IT Request". The end user creates a ticket, this ticket then goes to the Director of that department to approve or deny. Once approved we (the IT depart) are notified via a ticket or email that we can act on the request.
So my question is if the "Change Approval Board" is capable of something like this? or any other part of ServiceDesk Plus capable of this?
