The past 3 workshops of this series focused on how Exchange Reporter Plus helps out with 

monitoring, real-time change auditing, and analysis of Exchange components. This week will be 

about how Exchange Reporter Plus provides complete details on Outlook Web Access (OWA), 

ActiveSync, and email traffic. 

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

• Track OWA logons and find the reasons for logon failure.
• Find details about the ActiveSync enabled mobile devices in your organization 
  including OS, IMEI number, and more.
• Identify stale ActiveSync enabled mobile devices.
• Get statistics such as the number and size of all messages by sender and receiver.
• View details about messages that were not delivered and the reasons for failure of
  delivery.
• Track the response time taken by all mailbox users.
• Monitor email traffic based on users and track messages sent to external domains.
