There are so many different types of views in the "Requests" area of SCP, as shown in the partial list below. 

 

 

Currently, you have to click each one of these items to see if there are any items in there.  It would be SO much nicer if you could put a number next to each one of these views, showing the Technician how many items were in there.  Something like Outlook does when you have new email, as shown below.

 

 

Outlook displays the number of NEW items, however I think in the situation of SCP, it would be nice to have the number of ALL of the items in that view next to each view.  That way requests aren't forgotten.
