Is it possible to synchronize local Outlook calendar with schedule on ServiceDesk ?

I suggest to change the schedule view in Service Desk. Would be the best - view like  Outlook calendar where I see the day divided into hours... 

Maybe it's possible to export data from ServiceDesk schedule to Outlook calendar?
