Outlook Form for new Request
I'd like to build an outlook form to submit new requests. I can add custom fields to the form but they don't come through in SD (which i understand). Is there documentation somewhere that can tell me how to tag/label my custom fields so they pull into SD correctly? I'd like to use Request Type, Priority, Category, etc.
