Outlok created forms emailed to portal

Outlok created forms emailed to portal

We have various forms created in Microsoft outlook which email perfectly OK to normal user accounts but when emailed to the Helpdesk Services portal the ticket is blank?

The form in Outlook uses drop down mandatory boxes - these drop downs don't need to be included in the onward email but at the moment nothing travels across!!!

How can the outlook form be successfully emailed to the portal?
