Outgoing mail does not get sent when tickets are assigned, updated, or closed.

Outgoing mail does not get sent when tickets are assigned, updated, or closed.

We are running the current version of ServiceDesk plus (version  7509).  Although the settings are in place, no email gets sent when a ticket is assigned to a technician or when the ticket is updated or closed.  We are running Exchange 2007.  It worked fine in the past.


Incoming email works fine, so I don't think it is a authentication error.  Any ideas?
