I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to bring an issue to your attention regarding outgoing email traffic on our Intel Evo laptops. Specifically, I have been experiencing difficulties with edge servers when attempting to send emails. If any of you have encountered a similar problem or have any insights on how to resolve it, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Here are the details:

When sending emails, I often encounter delays or failures, particularly when the email is being routed through edge servers.

This problem seems to be specific to Intel Evo laptops [https://www.lenovo.com/gb/en/faqs/intel/intel-evo-platform/], as I haven't experienced it on other devices.

I have confirmed that the issue is not caused by my internet connection or email service provider, as other devices function normally in the same environment.

I have attempted to send emails from different networks and locations, but the problem persists.

I have ensured that my email client is up to date with the latest version.

I have checked for any firewalls or security settings that might be blocking outgoing email traffic, but everything appears to be in order.
