Outages Notifications
how about adding outages notification to service desk in way that we can create an incident of type outage.
and as per the selected type a predefined e-mail template will be sent to predefined list of customers. or user.
is there is anyway to do so.
currently there is no BCC so we can't just send bulk mail with all of our contact in one to filed.
