Out of Operational Hours breach response SLA

Out of Operational Hours breach response SLA

Hi
 
Any job that is submitted to our helpdesk out of office hours is breaching first response SLA.  Operational hours do not include the weekend, but if a user submits an email on Saturday, 2 hour response is breached.
 
We are on 8.0.0 Build 8013
