It would be nice if when a technician is Out of the Office, that if you try to assign to that technician it would give you a message like, "This person is off, are you sure you want to assign?".  Delegation and Outlook integration are steps in the right direction, but there is still no message when you assign to the technician that lets you know that person has a delegation set up, or that they are out.
