"others" on graph

Estamos realizando um piloto com a ferramenta de Service Desk e esta tem se comportado muito bem. Atendendo os KPIs estabelecidos, robusta, completa, e customizável. Estamos bem satisfeitos com a solução!
Quando gero determinados relatórios, no gráfico, os resultados menos representativos são agrupados gerando uma fatia grande de "outros" que prejudica a plotagem do gráfico. É possível remover isto do gráfico ou evitar que as informações sejam agrupadas?

We are conducting a pilot with the Service Desk tool and it has behaved very well. Given the established KPIs, robust, complete, and customizable. We are well satisfied with the solution!
When I generate certain reports, in the graph, the results that are less representative, get grouped, generating a big slice of "others" that affect the chart plot. Is it possible to remove it from the graph or prevent the information to be grouped?
