Hi All -

Are there any SDP modules that handle service contracts that can bolt on to our existing SDP Requests solution? We currently service clients and are using offline tools to tracks Actual Hours worked vs Budget across each Technician and Client. 

We have maintenance contracts but different technicians are billed at different rates (onshore vs offshore) etc. 

Looking for a way to make it more seamless.
