Other appear on day and week scales

I installed NetflowAnalyzer version 5 beta recently, with fprobe-ulog version 1.1 as the emitter NetFlow packets.
Hourly reports were fine, but on daily reports I had HUGE Others entry. Analysis of raw data did show differences in network traffic for some entires compared to daily report (like this: 30MB in daily report - 49MB in troubleshoot report for the same period of time). RecordCount is set to 100.
What is wrong?
