Os Deployer ManageEngine Remote Agent Service keeps crashing

I've installed OS deployer to windows 2016.
When I restart my windows 2016 machine then I can make one deployment without any problems and if I want to make a restart or start a another deployment then The computer to what I wish to deploy OS goes to this state(see the attachment)
And doesn't go further anymore.
Also I cannot stop ManageEngine Remote Agent Service then, without killing it.
If I kill it and then start it again, then it is all good for 1 deployment again and then the problem repeats itself, and wont get fixed without restart or restarting the service.
Please help.
