OS Deployer 4 - Deploy Successful But Will Not Boot

I am currently having an issue in deploying an image to a computer. We have deployed several images already with success. But the problem happens now that when we deploy an image, it "succeeds" but then we boot the computer and it doesn't go past the splash screen and reboots.

We tried to fix this by taking another master image from a different pc and it seemed to work for one additional computer but now it is not work either and exhibiting the same issue as before. Creating another template does not seem to remedy the problem. We are using Universal Deploy and have three separate models of Dells that we have in our environment.
