We set up automatic patching for windows desktop,  prior to using Desktop Central we used WSUS. Turned out WSUS corrupted the patch databases on the workstations.  

Patches were deployed but not installed,  When the endpoint rebooted DC reported the patch was deployed but it wasn't,  the endpoint now has 4 msiexec.exe installations that we can't get rid of.  How do you stop a task on an endpoint if DC thinks it completed. We have over 100 Workstations impacted by this issue.
