Organize Ticket Polling View

Dear Support,

I hope we can add a feature that can help the technician organize their views on ticket. We have created a customized field named "Clients Name" and we want to have a view on all technician like on the below

Group by "Client Name" and sort by "Ticket Status" and "Created Date"

and

Something like similar to Outlook that we can create a folder to organize the tickets.

and

a view of how many task is completed like 8/14 where 8 is tasks closed and 14 is total tasks in a ticket. or if we can specify only the task assign to this technician. for example there is a total of 20 tasks in the ticket and only 10 is assigned to this technician. out of 10 assigned to him 8 are completed. there should be a view like 8/10 means there is 8 tasks completed out of 10 that is assigned for this technician.


Because if you are receiving 20+ tickets with multiple tasks on the daily basis continuously. This will be very helpful to keep on track on all of your tickets.
