Hi

in Service Catalog / workflow, when I set Approver to Specific Users everything is fine.

But When I Selected Site Roles or Department Roles Approver, it doesn't work!!

1. I set user as technician and tick Approver check box

2. I add user to Site Manager as a Approver

3. I set Stage One to Site Manager

4. In Request form the Site field is correctly chooised.
