Organisation details corrupt link to random customer account
Running latest version on SQL server.
The Organisation details (in Admin tab) somehow became linked to a customer account record so if I change the details the customer account changes and vice versa. I also am unable to change the name back to my company name as it gives this error:
FAILURE :Error while fetching the organization details.
Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1,179,658,090,551.
At some stage I added an account with the same name for testing requests and then deleted it, I had no idea that the table used for account details was used for the Org details and it did not stop me doing this (unsure if this is related).
I am almost at the point exporting or printing all the requests and settings and reinstalling the help desk as I am also getting some other strange behaviour in requests, but would prefer if I could just fix it (even if that means using SQL Server Mgmt Studio to manually edit/fix a row in a table - I tried looking for the right table but there are just too many tables and I don't fully understand the schema).
Help! I really really want to make full use of this product and I can see myself upgrading to paid subscription if it works out but I just need to know it's going to be reliable enough.
