Order of users when assigning from workstation
Does anyone else have this problem?
I go to edit a workstation, assign a user, and the drop down list of users is in some random order, so I have to look all through them to find the correct user.
Also, I cannot assign a user and a department to a workstation, so the heading 'Assign User and/or Department' shouldn't have the word 'and' on it.
I would love to assign a user and also report by department. Why doesn't this work for me? Am I doing it wrong
