ORACLE SNMP

I am trying to configure SNMP ir order to monitor Tablespace Used, I have configured everything in Windows SNMP & Oracle Intelligent Agent, as it is in the documentation, but when I test the monitor always appears:

Possible reasons
1. Check if SNMP is enabled on this device.
2. The SNMP request might have timed out
3. The OID may not have been implemented in the MIB.
4. The device might be down

I have been doing several changes, but it has been impossible to enable this feature. Please, could you help me on this.
