OptUtils 3.2, SP2 stopped working
My OptUtils has stopped working for some reason (I can't recall any system changes within the last few months. This is a Windows 2003 server, SP1 with latest updates).
I pulled this information out of the "wrapper.log":

It looks like it tries to launch 5 times, then I get this message:
