OptUtil Cisco CLI change

Does OptUtils for the cisco tool support AAA/ACS login to retrieve the access-list?

Under My Home | settings | CLI

Is there a way to run optutil if cisco ACS is used to authenticate the login?
AAA is setup to authenticate twice for user and privledge mode?
