Options to Unlock User Accounts as Super Admin or Operator Missing

Hello there,

As a part of our organization's security policies, we have restricted users from being able to unlock their own accounts. Our operators and super admin accounts do not seem to have the option to unlock these accounts within AD Self Service Plus. Is this option not given to us within the application? Can this only be done in ADManager?
