I'v bought a license for Firewall Analyzer (FA) in Claro Chile, I've already configure the syslog by the ADSM and the FA is receiving logs.

Now I need to configure the capture of configuration for apply security reports , optimization rules, and others but the FA don't show me the information.

The TEST is ok, but the FA doesn't show the rules, I attach some screenshots about that.

Please, kindly can you help me how can I set this job?
