There is an optimization issue that causes records not to be updated after switching pages. Apologies for the unclear images but these are the only ones I have been provided with where the issue was captured. You can see in the images below that the page has been updated (11-20, then 21-30) but all the request IDs and subjects are the same.

I have advised the user to increase the number of records per page to reduce the requirement for multiple pages and to check CPU/RAM utilization and to close tabs/applications if they are under load. However, if work can be done to better optimize SDPOD that would alleviate the problem.
