OpMnager error on startup and missing interface data

Hi folks,

I have recently install OpManager 5.5 build 5504 on Fedora Core 3 (Personal Desktop installation) to monitor couple devices included one Cisco 2621 IOS ver 12.0.

First, the OpManager will not start as service according to the note form this forum and the file attached. It shows error message "execvp no such file or directory" when Starting OpManager service. I only can start the OpManager when login as root and run StartServer.sh script and then leave the session open.

Second,OpManager will discovery the Cisco 2621 and show interface serial 0/0 and Fastethernet 0/1 on the snap page. The same router was collecting data under FastEthernet 0/0 and got data that was specified, but not under FastEthnet 0/1. The Snap page show the following after some time:
