OpMgr stop collecting data on Linux after server rebooted

OpMgr stop collecting data on Linux after server rebooted

Hi

We have scheduled one of the server to reboot on weekly basis. Right after the server rebooted, OpManager stop collecting the data - doing test monitor also failed. Test credential is success. 

Please help to check further on this.
