OPmanger query for DNS Server

OPmanger query for DNS Server

Hi
I have Local DNS Server. Through OPManager I am not able to monitor the device. I am able to ping the device. SNMP community sring is pulic only.
Pl.help me in this regards. Same problem I am facing in Mail Server also.
