OpManager7-Hotfix
Dear Users,
For OpManager 7, kindly apply the latest hotfix(7004) for the below related issues.
# Discovery related issues.
# Issues leading to 100% CPU usage by OpManager.
# Unable to add URL monitors from the device level.
# Threshold configuration changes made in the Device Template for Free Diskspace monitors fixed.
# Discards/Errors rate calculation issue while checking threshold.
# Traffic utilization going above 100% in alarm messages.
# Issue in showing traffic graph in the interface snap shot page in Non English locale.
# Value not collected after rediscovering an interface.
# All servers disk usage report.
Steps to apply the Hotfix:
1. Click on the link below to download the ppm file.

2. Shut down OpManager. (If OpManager is running as a service, stop the service from Control Panel > Services window)
3. Take a backup of Mysql - OpManager/mysql/data, MSSQL- OpManagerDB(in SQL server), /OpManager/conf folders,
4. Run the script 'UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) in the <opmanager-home>/bin folder. This opens the Update Manager tool.
5. Click "Install" and then click "Browse" to select the Upgrade Pack file (the .ppm file that you'd downloaded).
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the Hotfix.
7. Once the upgrade is complete, restart OpManager.
