OpManager won't upgrade to 11300

OpManager won't upgrade to 11300

Hello All,

I use OpManager at work, and to ensure things go well I also have a lab environment using the free 10 device version.  I am practicing migrating the instance from one server to another.

My old instance is on build 11000 and the new is on 11300, I know they need to be the same to do the backup/restore process so I'm trying to upgrade the 11000 version to the newest build.

I downloaded the patch from OpManager, killed the services, opened the upgrade manager, pointed it at the upgrade file and clicked install.  The process reported that it was successful, but the about tab in OpManager still reports that it is on Build 11000.

I even removed the service pack and re-added it with the same result.

What should I do?  How can I troubleshoot this?
