OpManager WMI password change now doesn't work

OpManager WMI password change now doesn't work

I had to change the password we were using for WMI access. After changing it on the account in AD, then changing it in OpManager now it will not authenticate. I have verified I was using same password (not mistyping it), I have removed and re-created the the WMI credentials but the problem remains. Any advice for this?
