Hi, I have an inquiry about the Opmanager web alarm as I setting profile and alert but when I got alert which match to the web alarm criteria, the sound not work as properly.

I try to test alarm from below setting but it's show below msg and require to install sound player plug-in on web browser. However I already install plug-in but it's still not work.

Ps.I try to use firefox, chrome and IE but it's not work.
