OpManager v9 upgrade - when will it be available?
OpManager v9 was released Nov 11th to much fanfare, but the actual upgrade/service pack to move to v8 has yet to appear. I've filled out the "form" on the service pack download page, but just got back this:

This short delay is due to a breakage identified just before the official launch, which is getting fixed right now. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Meanwhile, we will verify your valid annual maintenance and support contract in our records.
