Hello,

I must be overlooking something simple, but I cannot find out how to exclude a specific switch interface from polling in OpManager.

In many cases on my switches I have ports that are administratively shutdown from the Cisco command line configuration.  In OpManager these ports are reported with a status of "Critical" or "Trouble"

How can I set these unused interfaces in OPManager so they do not report a critical or trouble status?
