We have a ticket id#4485667 and we don't have any kind of feedback about it.

 

We tried to report that issue by telephone but we don't have any answer.

 

 

The problem is that sometimes suddenly the communication with the server is lost, but my client said that he only have the issue with the OPManager application, and another network applications doesn't have any kind of problems.
