OpManager stops collecting data
Hi, I have installed OpManager 6 from scratch.
Windows 2000, SQL 2000
OpManager collected data for the 2 or 3 hours then it stopped.
Checked nmserrx.txt file and find out and error that the data was truncated.
I modified database_params.conf, wrapper.conf and SetEnv.bat in the way Rex told me some time ago as database connection was getting disconnected and to get through this it was necessary to move to MSSQL JDBC Driver instead of jtds driver.
Checked new nmserrx.txt file and found a new error:
com.adventnet.nms.store.NmsStorageException: [Microsoft][SQLServer 2000 Driver for JDBC][SQLServer]Arithmetic overflow error converting expression to data type int.
We depend on this tool to monitor our network and is down.
Need help urgently!
